Uncle Tim is 30!!!

We celebrated Tim's big 3-0 this past weekend! We celebrated in style for Uncle Tim. The boys golfed on Saturday morning and then, we had a party for him at Goose Island in Chicago right by Wrigley Field where he lives. A good time was had by all! We rented out a very nice room and had great food and drinks...definitely a happy hour! The kidlets were able to be with us and then, we all stayed at Tim's place. Great Memories, enjoy the pictures! Happy Birthday Tim:)

I just love this picture, Grace looks like such a big girl. She is growing before our very eyes. She has long enough hair for a pony tail! Big girl stuff:) Here she is ready to bake some cookies with mom. She loves cooking, baking and watching "cooking shows"-- too funny, our little Gracie M. She is such a good girl!!

This week, Tommy decided that he wanted to become mobile in the house and began scooting around on the floor! Probably to keep up after his sister:) SO, I had to take this picture....he got into mischief;) playing with Gracie's stroller and hiding under the dining room table. BUSTED at 6 months:).

Happy Fourth of July!
We have been busy at the Mount house....as you can see from the pictures. Last weekend, we had a party with MU college friends and their kids at our house. It was great, so good to see friends and catch up. The kids had a blast and too much fun!! Today, we went to the 4th of July Parade here in Tosa. It is a pretty big affair as people get their chairs out by 6 am and set up with food and stuff. We had such a fun time. Grace loved trying to catch the candy and Tommy -- after he woke up from a catnap, loved sitting on Josh's shoulders and watched the parade. If Licorice and Tootsie Roll candies are a food group, then Grace and mommy and daddy included;) mastered that task. After we had our friends Mia, Doug and Anna over to play for a bit. Then, Papa, Gigi and Uncle Tim came over for a bbq.We had a nice time hanging out and eating:) Teddy returned home to us after his week long stay with Club Barrett! My parents watched Teddy for us for the week. He loved it~ Teddy had a mini vacation from the crazy days here.
Happy 4th of July, we hope you all had a very safe one!

The boys-- Tommy is looking like such a big boy! Our little 6 month old is pictured here with Uncle Tim, our almost 30yr. old uncle-- birthday month begins for Tim:)

Papa, Gigi and the kidlets on the Fourth of July! We had a bbq and took a walk around the neighborhood.

Grace and Tommy going for a walk after dinner in the red wagon-- Tommy's 1st walk in the wagon, he loved it!!

Uncle Tim with Tommy, having fun on the 4th!!

Grace and Mia Dembowski-- having fun in the pool after the parade!

We went to the Tosa Independence Day Parade! Grace and Tommy loved it-- here is Gracie eating her very first lollipop. They give out A LOT of candy and the parade is so popular, people get out to set up chairs at 6 am. Josh went to set up a blanket with our buddies at 6:30. It was definitely worth it!! A good time was had by all!
