Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas Everyone Big and Small...We are all enjoying our new little Christmas present! Baby Tommy, as Gracie calls her little brother, is doing well and adjusting to being the little guy in this house. He is doing great and we were very happy that we were able to bring him home this time and stay home! He only had to use the biliblanket one day for his orangey color:) Poor Grace had to go back to the hospital. So, for that we feel very happy and thankful. Gracie loves being a big sister and takes good care of her little brother. What a special Christmas indeed. I will keep posting new pics as we take more of them.

Snow Day!
Today was fun!!! We had our first snow day of the season....for once, the weather people actually were right on even down to when the snow would end. It was a good day for many reasons...our snowblower worked, Grace looked like the little kid in a A Christmas Story all bundled up to play, and it is December 1st and that means little boy blue is on his way THIS MONTH:)).
So, Josh plowed the driveway this morning and our blower worked, life is good. He just has to do it all over again when he gets home. This snow was crazy, lots of it!! And, he made it into work. The short commute became a very long one but, he made it safely. Gracie and I went to play at our neighbors house. I bundled her up in all her gear and you will see from the picture she was not very happy. Now I know how that little kid felt on the movie, A Christmas Story when he fell in the snow and could not get up. That was my child today only she was upright and could not move. My Mom would be so proud. This is coming from a Mommy that when I was a girl would NOT wear boots. Yep, Mom Barrett, I put it all on Gracie, even the gloves. Ways change when you have your own flesh and blood to keep safe and warm. That little phrase, "wait until you have children of your own" came into my head:)) and yes, Gracie gave me the business. We took the sled and walked a couple houses away and it felt like we were walking forever!! I got a long nap out of this adventure that is for sure:) Little Gracie is pooped to pop! We had a blast. And another good reason for today....It is DECEMBER and that means, our little guy should be here this month. No signs of labor here and in fact, the news said last night that more women go into labor during major snow storms. Not our little Mount babies...they like to cook in the belly. Which is just fine with me. He is happy and I feed him lots of m&m's , what more does a little baby in the belly need? I will keep you all posted. As of my last weekly appt. =no progress.
We have lots of fun planned for the weekend, it includes a Santa visit and the holiday lighting in the village of Tosa. We shall see if Grace cries for Santa this year...
Happy Snowy December!
